What does $1,000/month get me?
The $1,000/month starting price covers the full Statewise platform for smaller single-service organizations - EVV, billing, documentation, scheduling, and reporting. Pricing scales up based on organization size, service mix, and state coverage. Your quote reflects exactly what you need.
Are EVV aggregator connections included?
Yes. Sandata, AuthentiCare, and HHAeXchange connections are included in your plan - there are no per-aggregator fees. Statewise transmits visits directly to your state's required aggregator without manual exports or additional charges.
Is implementation included in the price?
Yes. A dedicated implementation lead, client and employee profile setup from your current platform, and first-billing-cycle support are included in every plan. You don't pay separately to get live, and you're assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager after go-live.
We run IDD and PDN - does that mean two subscriptions?
No. Multi-service organizations get a single combined subscription. The pricing reflects the complexity of running both, but you're on one platform with one implementation, one CSM, and one bill.
How long are contracts?
Standard agreements are annual. We'll walk through contract terms during the quote process - no surprises.
Can we expand states after go-live?
